Larry Bouts CEO:
Larry Bouts currently serves as an investor and advisor to several early stage companies in various industry segments, including technology, energy, human resources, and consumer oriented businesses. Previously, Mr. Bouts was Chairman and CEO of Six Flags Theme Parks, the second largest theme park company in the United States. Prior to that he led the launch of the Toys "R" Us international expansion throughout Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia as President of the International Division, successfully developing a profitable multi-billion dollar offshore retail brand in over 25 countries. Mr. Bouts spent 13 years at PepsiCo in finance where he held various planning and finance positions, including CFO of two operating divisions. Mr. Bouts holds a BA in Mathematics from Hiram College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also served for 6 years as an officer in the US Navy.

Daniel Williams, President:
Daniel Williams has several years of experience in venture investing and in developing early stage companies. Mr. Williams serves as a partner at QBFL, an alternative investment group with interests in companies at all stages. An active angel investor, Mr. Williams has served as an advisor to several early stage companies. He currently sits on numerous advisory boards and management committees. Mr. Williams holds both Masters of Arts and Bachelor of Arts with Honors degrees from the University of Cambridge in England.

Salvatore Gaglio, Executive Vice President:

Mr. Gaglio has over 25 years' experience in information technology, environmental services, energy, venture capital, and investment banking. He has sat on the boards of several companies in the information technology, natural resource, and environmental services sectors. He has an international background in developing strategic relationships and commercializing new technologies.

Mr. Gaglio has experience on both sides of a transaction, having served as a partner at CS Capital Partners (a regional venture capital firm) and as Vice President of Investments at Gruntal and Company, while also serving as a principal and officer on a variety of investments (COO of an e-learning firm, CEO of a Latin American natural resources group, and principal of numerous technology-related projects.)

He has extensive M&A experience and specializes in creating strategic partnerships and win-win relationships. Currently Mr. Gaglio sits on the board of MCC O2 (a business accelerator located in San Francisco) and Nexiasoft Software (publicly traded). He is a partner at Red 5 Ventures LLC, an international private equity advisory group, as well as an advisor to an energy trading group.

Mr. Gaglio received his undergraduate degree in economics from Ohio State University as well as graduating from the Fischer School of Business. He is also a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Carl Frontera, COO:
Carl is a results oriented executive who has developed strategies to meet the needs of fast-track construction in the retail sector. He has over 23 years of international experience, seventeen years of which were involved in retail with national and international construction. His professional experience as owner/tenant representative includes retailers such as Consumers Distributing, Toys R Us, PETsMART, Frank's Nursery and Crafts, Chapters Book Stores, United Artists Theaters, and more.

Karl Rauch, CFO:
Karl Rauch was founder and Managing Partner of Rubicon Asset Management. Rubicon was a fully disclosed broker/dealer and registered investment advisor, for which Mr. Rauch was finance and operations and compliance manager, among other responsibilities. He has held Series 7, 24 and 28 designations from the NASD. Mr. Rauch founded MFX Interactive and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rauch was co-founder of The Spectrem Group and served as President and CFO. For each business, Mr. Rauch was responsible for developing and implementing strategy, raising capital and daily management of sales, operations and finance. Spectrem and MFX were sold to publicly traded companies, and provided a positive return to investors. Mr. Rauch has a BS in Business Administration from Villanova University.

Ekow Awoonor, Special Advisor:
The Principal of Awoonor Law firm, Awoonor holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana, Legon (1971) and a Masters of Laws from Temple School of Law, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States (1974). He was enrolled as a member of the Ghana Bar in 1974 and is a member of the International Bar Association.

Ekow Awoonor has extensive experience in Corporate and Investment Law serving a client base of mainly foreign-owned companies. He is a consultant and resource person to the Ghana Stock Exchange for its training program for brokers and investment advisors.
Ekow has conducted several financial seminars in collaboration with Databank Financial Services Limited on such topics as stock exchange listing, venture capital, and finance leasing portfolio management. He has offered legal advice to clients taking equity in various financial institutions such as merchant banks, discount houses, finance leasing companies and venture capital companies. He has served as legal counsel for a number of private companies, which went public and were listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange.

He is a Consultant for DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS LIMITED, a group of Canadian and Ghanaian Consultants specializing in Capital Markets and Development issues.
